How to Check your Summary Statement Via USSD Code *714*333#

Did you know that you can now check your contribution summary statement via the USSD code *714*333#? Follow the steps below?
1. Dial *714*333*
2. Select Option 2 for My Accounts(Members)
3. Enter your SSNIT number
4. Select Option 2 for the Health Sector Occupational Pension Scheme
5. Select Option 1 for Summary Statement.

How Log into Member Online Portal 'The Stable'

Step 1: Type: thestable.etportal.app in your web browser to access the Member online portal. Click on Member or Pensioner to login

Step 2: Enter your username which is your SSNIT Number and password

Step 3: If you are a first-time user click on "Forgot Password" to create your password. Type in your SSNIT number and the email you registered with and click on "Submit." You will be sent a password rest link to your email to create your password.

If you have forgotten your password or cannot access your account, please follow these steps:

1. Go to the login page
2. Click on "Forgot Password"
3. Enter your SSNIT number and registered email
4. Check your email for the password reset link
5. Create a new password

To apply for benefits from the Health Sector Occupational Pension Scheme, follow these steps:

1. Download the appropriate benefit application form
2. Complete the form with all required information
3. Attach all supporting documents
4. Submit the completed form to the HSOPS office or through your facility's HR department
